F A S H I O N & L I F E S T Y L E

Hey guys!
How are you? First post of 2020! I'm excited.
My first Dior lipstick obviously it had to be a classic red. I am team matte but on the summer time I like glosses as well. I also prefer liquid lipsticks but this past year I gave regular lipsticks a new chance - and thank god I did!
This lipstick is matte but it transfers, it's also very hydrating on the lips and it doesn't dry them. It's very pigmented as well.
Overall I would give it a 8/10 just because it transfers a lot and everytime I ate something I had to retouch it.
I love the packaging, very minimalistic and simple. Looks amazing on my makeup corner.
Have you guys ever tried any Dior lipstick?
Have a nice day ♥

Hi guys!
Happy New Year!!! Had such a great experience in my New Year's Eve, way different than what I'm used to. Love to celebrate with family at dinner and party with my bestfriends later.
So this is the first post of 2019 and it's about the latest makeup products I got.
I shopped at Primor and it's the second time I order makeup from there. The package comes from Spain so in 3/4 days it arrived.
I have already tried all of these products expect the Fixing Spray from Essence.
Let's start with the skin care produtcs from Revuele: each was only 1€!!! The primer/serum is amazing, I truly recommend it if you have oily skin. It makes your makeup look stay on for longer without looking cakey. The green mask I have only use it three times and I didn't see that much difference on my skin. The tonic does matify your skin but not for a long period (at least that's how my skin reacts to it).
Now moving on to foundation, it's my first time trying products from Wet N' Wild and I couldn't be happier! I loveeee this foundation, it suits my skin like a glove, it dries fast so you need to blend it quickly. Perfect match for oily skins.
The matte loose powder from W7 was also really cheap and it works just fine, the only issue I seem to have with it is that it creases in the fine lines under my eyes, still not a big deal.
The blush is from a brand I've never heard about but decided to give it a try, it was cheap as well and I'm happy it's not over pigmented, I like subtle blushes.
Now moving on to Primark products, since I have oily eyelids I always set my eyeshadow primer with powder. It doesn't smudge or anything so I guess that's a good thing.
The eye pigment is kinda hard to work with it because it gets everywhere but once you put it in your eyes it looks amazing.
Finally the liquid lipsticks from H&M, I'm so glad I got these two to add to my colection because I love this range of velvet lipsticks. They dry down matte and last for a decent time if you eat, drink, etc...
The last product is the MAC Fix Plus which, in my opinion, works just like a normal fixing spray. There's nothing major about it.
That's it for today's post, I hope it was helpful for you guys.
If you have any questions, please let me know in the comment section down below.
Have a nice day ♥

Hi guys!
How are you? I am fine but I am so upset with the weather! I mean c'mon! It's July and it's almost raining here in Porto, what the hell?
Anyways, I did get some new makeup products and I want to share them with you. The palette is from Primark and I got to admit, I'm pretty impressed! The highlight and contour powder shades are very pigmented. It also has two creamy contour shades but they don't work very good on my skin because it's oily. Overall it's a really great contour and highlight palette.
Moving on to the lipsticks, they all claim to have a matte formula but the Pillow Talk is not matte at all, it transfers to paper and whatever touches your lips. The Epic Ink (shade: Charmer) from NYX Cosmetics claims to be a something like a lip stain and it actually is, in fact it is one of the best matte lipsticks I've tried so far. It dries down matte and does not transfer. Unfortunately I can't say the same about the Soft Matte Lip Cream (shade: Transilvania) because even though it dries down matte, it still transfers everytime I have a drink or use a tissue. Maybe it's because of the colour, we all know most makeup brands have trouble in creating these dark shades. The pink one is from Primark, it claims to be super matte and it really is, I liked it, it's not the best matte lipstick but it works fine.
Have you guys ever tried any of these products? What do you think?
Have a nice day ♥

Hi guys!
Super excited with this post because I loooove H&M beauty products. I already own a couple of products from them and to add these to my collection it's just amazing.
The brushes are really soft and blend powder, cream and liquid products really nicely. They seem to have great quality and last for a long time.
Now the bronze and highlight palette I liked it but I prefer blinding highlighters and these are more on the sheer side. And some colors are way more pigmented than others, in this case are the darkest one's.
One great thing about this palette is that you can use for contour, highlight and as eyeshadows! I did a whole look using this palette and I loved it, I created a really simple glowy look perfect for summer.
What about you guys, have you ever tried any beauty products from H&M?

Also, I'm thinking about doing a Giveaway on Instagram, what do you think about that and what would you like to win?
Let me know your opinion in the comment section down below!

Hi guys!
Sorry I haven't had many personal posts lately and most of them are sponsored.
I'm really into makeup lately and have been trying a lot of new products. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to get many high end or over hyped Instagram makeup products but it doesn't mean that drugstore products aren't as good.

These are the last one's I got and I gotta say, there's a lot of Primark makeup! I mean, I've tried out a bunch of their makeup range and I have to admit, so far there isn't a single product that amazed me. Everything's cheap so we can't exactly expect it to be perfect, still there are some products that are worth it if you don't want to spend much money on makeup.
I want to start with lipsticks, all of the above are from Primark. I didn't really liked the formulas. The lip kit was supposed to be metallic matte but it isn't matte at all! The Lip Velvet formula is supposed to be matte too but it's not. I don't like the way they apply on the lips but as a makeup lover I tried to make it work for some looks.

The Brow Powder, personally I do recommend that. I really like to fill in my eyebrows and I like the way they look with the powder.
Not all Primark produtcs are bad, this beauty blender is perfect in my opinion! I love to apply foundation with a damp beauty blender and this one works just fine. I already restocked and got a couple of them because you never know when Primark might decide to not sell it anymore.
I also got the fan brush from there and I absolutely love it (sorry I forgot to take a picture of it).

These were the first products I've tried from Douglas and I received them as a Christmas gift. The mascara is AMAZING! It makes your eyelashes appear longer and fuller. The eyeliner is good as well, super black and pigmented.

Two of my favorite makeup brands are L'Oréal and H&M. L'Oréal has been in the market for years and H&M recently upgraded their makeup game.
I love this foundation! It's lightweight, medium coverage and looks natural. The concealer I don't think the formula is perfect because I can still see some under eye "wrinkles" but it does cover my dark circles.
I got this lip scrub from H&M to use it before applying any lipstick since my lips are really dry. It tastes so good, so sweet and it does make your lips smoother.

I decided to try my first MakeUp Revolution product: an eyeshadow palette. I chose this one because I liked the shades, I'm into browns, nudes and mauves. Fortune Favors The Brave Palette is composed with 30 shades of matte, gimmer and sheen. Most shades are very pigmented, some are a flop but I think that's normal in almost every palette. I personally like it and it's great to create a bunch of looks.

The highlighter palette... I mean it's not that bad but the only shade that looks good (for me) is Backlight. And I have to apply it like 5/6 times because the pigmentation it's not that good. I like a blinding highlighter and this isn't the one. Still, if you're into a subtle glow, this is probably great for you.

That's it for today's post, I hope it was helpfull for you in case you want to try any of the products above.
If you want more details about any of these products, don't hesitate and leave a comment down below, i'll be happy to help you.
Also, don't forget to follow me on Instagram - @marianacheta - to see makeup looks I created with these products and much more.

Hi girls!
I know my latest posts have only been written in english but now that I have an extra free time I will also write them in portuguese.
Anyway, today I wanted to show my skin care routine. My skin is super oily and even using only matte products that can make it even worse. Therefore I went to my dermatologist and complained why was my skin so oily. Well, there's a lot of reasons for it, it could just be due to severe acne problems, you could be going through some hard and stressful times or you could have an hormonal dysfunction.
In my case, I have always had normal to combination skin because I've always had a little bit of blackheads arount the T-Zone (teenager stuff eheh) but recently I have noticed that it's getting worse and I also have been through some stressful times.
So my dermatologist recommended me these products from Uriage to purify my skin, unclog the pores and to minimize blackheads.
I have been doing this treatment for about two weeks and so far I have really noticed my blackheads minimized. About the oily skin I still think it's too soon to give an actual opinion about it and I'll wait more time until I give you my sincere opinion.
If you have any doubt about please leave me a comment, I hope I can be helpful.
Also, follow me on Instagram to see more opinion and reviews - @marianacheta.

Hoje quis mostrar-vos a minha rotina diária facial.

Hi there!
I can't believe it's Christmas time! I love Christmas but I used to enjoy it more when I was younger. I actually believed in Santa Claus but then I realised it was my mom and dad giving me all those presents, and the rest of my family too. We all know Christmas isn't, at all, about the presents but spending time with the ones you love the most.
We'll leave the Christmas topic to another post, now let's focus on these new makeup products I'm trying for the first time.
I won't describe them all in details but I'll give you as much information as I can based on my personal experience.
Starting with the serum from Essence that it's supposed to refine pores, have a matte finish and fight blackheads; well I like it because when I apply it I see that it minimizes my pores but it does not give a matte finish for a long time since I have oily skin.
The eyelashes from H&M - OMG! - I love them! I absolute love these lashes because they give a more natural look instead of a very heavy look.
The cream lip colour and the velvet red lipgloss from H&M are stunning. The cream lip colour lasts on your lips even if you eat, drink or kiss and the velvet lipgloss is matte and also lasts on your lips for a very long time and it's really smooth.
The famous Kylie Jenner lip kit, I will do a review on this product with more details on the next blog post but overall I liked it.
This concealer from MAC Cosmetics is life! It covers my dark circles and pores perfectly.
The foundation from Essence for oily skin is fine, I mean, I've had better ones, but for that price you couldn't ask for more. It doesn't last for 12h and it does not give a flawless coverage unless your skin is already flawless.
The lip primer from Primark is great! I like to use it before I apply any matte lipgloss. It does not dry your lips, it keeps them hydrated.
Finally the eyeshadow primer from Catrice Cosmetics, you must not use too much product otherwise it won't make your eyeshadow last as much as it should but overall it's fine.

Don't miss the next posts, I will do a couple of detailed reviews of my favorite makeup products of this year, stay tuned!

As I said in a previous post (the one I got a couple of goodies from Dresslink), here's a closer view to this amazing matte lip gloss that every beauty blogger talks about.
I love lipsticks - it's actually one of my favorite parts of putting on makeup - and I definitely prefer matte lip gloss because it looks better and you can eat and kiss - eheh - and it doesn't smudge.
I got this one from Dresslink in the shade #33 - here. They are selling these lip gloss for only 0,89$, it's your chance to get one!
While you are applying it you can feel its sweet and nice scent.
The only con I see so far it's when I need it to come off my lips, it's hard and you must use a good cleanser.

Have you ever tried one of the lip gloss?
Have a nice week!

Hey girls! It's been a long time since my last post and I'm back with this one about this awesome package that was delivered in my house from youzz.net.
This package contains several discount coupons, questionares to friends, a campain guide and one unity of the product to review. In this case it is this oil to your hair that you can apply it with you hair wet, before you dry it or with your hair dried.
This oil is used to give glow, to protect from heat and to avoid frizzed hair.
It smels good and works fine especially in my hair that frizzes a lot during winter.

That's it for today's post.
Have a nice week!

NOTE: Due to the length of this post, the same will only be written in portuguese. Sorry for the incovenience.

Beauty posts are being frequent here on the blog and today's post is about KIKO Cosmetics Universal Fit Foundation. It's not the first time you hear about it on my blog, I've made a post about this foundation a few years ago but they have change the package recently.
Since I've tried this foundation it's been my favorite ever and I have tried a few others but none of them can compare to this. This foundation, besides covering your imperfections, also works as a hydrating. So, it protects and covers your skin. Also, it's for all types of skin, it doesn't matter if yours is oily or dry.

Another positive thing about is the price - it is so cheap! Instead of buying an expensive foundation without knowing if it's good or not, I prefer this one as I already know what I'm in for.
They have available tons of colors, since everyone has a different skin tone.

Which foudation do you use? Have you ever tried this one?
Have a nice week!

Portanto, protege e uniformiza a pele.

I love smokey eyes! Even though I usually prefer a simple eye makeup but today I wanted to show you how to get an easy smokey eye in 3 minutes. And because I know many girls who love makeup but aren't so good at doing it (like me! eheh) sometimes want to spice up they're eye game, I made this super simple step-by-step tutorial just for you.
Let's get started!

1 - First things fist - apply your eyeshadow primer. Whether you have already done your foundation, concealer... or not, it's up to you.
2 - I use a cream eyeshadow from KIKO just to give a little sparkle to my smokey eye.
3 - Apply a light brown eyeshadow on your crease to create depth.
4 - Apply a darker brown eyeshadow to your crease too and blend it with the lighter brown.
5 - Then, apply a super light color (it can be white) to your eyelid.
6 - Use an eyeliner, just on top of your eyelash line.
7 - Use a black eyeshadow all over your eyelid and blend it with the brown.
8 - Draw a small wing with your liquid/gel/pen eyeliner.
9 - Apply white eyeshadow to your inner corners to iluminate your eyes.
10 - Use a brown eyeshadow in your lower lashes, then an eyeliner and set all that with black eyeshadow.
11 - Finally, I used two mascaras for both my top and lower lashes.
12 - I finished this makeup with a pink nude lipstick.

And you're done!
These were my tips to create a pretty easy smokey eye.
What do you think? Will you try it?
Have a nice week!

Experimentavam?
Tenham uma boa semana!

I have mention in a previous post how much I love body lotions that is why I got these cuties from Claire's. They come in two colors: rose and bronze. The bronze lotion I only use it during Summer because that's when I get tanned and it looks so good when you apply it to your face, it gives you that after-the-beach-glow and it's gorgeous.
The rose lotion I use it as a highlighter on the daily basis, it works wonderfull for me because I love luminous skin.
They neither smell bad or good, it just smells like any typical makeup product.
Are you a body lotions lover?
Have a nice week!
xoxo ♥

So, November just started yesterday and I wanted to show you my favorite beauty products for this month. To me, fall means dark lips and big voluminous on fleek eyelashes, that is why I choose these sexy false lashes and this extra volume mascara. Instead of a dark lipstick color, I chose this light pink shade from Essence which also hydrates your lips.
I am loving this moisturizer from Bioten which works as a primer for my foundation. It's not greasy and it dries fast into your skin.
I am into this pink blush for fall since it's a very cute shade, very pigmented and looks so good on your cheeks.
That's it for today, hope you liked it.
Have a nice week!

beijinhos ♥

Hi girls! It's been almost a month since my last post. I don't have any pleasent excuse but lack of time and laziness. I have been enjoying these couple of months by doing my favorite Summer activities: going to the beach, shopping, nightouts and, of course, I've been doing some weekend vacations. Two weekends ago I went to Serra D'Arga for a mini rural holliday and it was amazing! Me and my friend stayed at an awesome house with a pool and a fantastic view over the mountains.
I was planning on going to Aveiro this sunday but the weather was horrible and it rained, so instead, I had a family lunch. Maybe next weekend the weather gets better.
Anyway, no more excuses, let's move on to today's post. I'm starting to kinda let go my taste for makeup, I even barely use it, so I'm not really into buying expensive products to only use once but, one the other hand, I also want something with good quaility. I bought this eyeshadow palette last weekend and I have already tried it... I actually liked it. The shades are very nice pigmented and they lasted for hours without smudging.
What about you, which eyeshadows palette do you recommend?
I hope you have a nice week!

Talvez o tempo melhore no próximo fim-de-semana.
beijinhos ♥
